RENTAL AGREEMENT FOR Mi CASA
1. THE PARTIES. This Short-Term Rental Agreement (“Agreement”) is made by the Homeowner and the Guest/s and commences as soon as the Guest/s enter the property and ends on the final day at 10am, the latest. For good and valuable consideration, the sufficiency of which is acknowledged, the parties hereby agree as follows: 2. PROPERTY. The rental property is located at: Calle Villena 16/10, Santa Pola, 03130. 3. GUESTS. No more than 3 Guests are allowed on the Property. The Guest/s understands that they are solely liable for any actions, liabilities, or damage caused by a guest on the Property. 4. TERM. The Guest/s is allowed to access and occupy the Property for the following term: 4pm and 11am of the booked dates. 5. PAYMENTS DUE. The Guest/s understands and agrees to pay the booking agent as per their guidelines. 6. CANCELLATION POLICY. If, for any reason, the Guest/s cancels this Agreement at the time or prior to check-in, the Guest/s will adhere to the booking agent’s guidelines. 7. UTILITIES. The Homeowner does not allow excessive electric consumption. Eg Charging electric vehicles, overly heating the property. This list is not exhaustive. 8. RENTAL RULES. The Guest/s agrees to abide by the following rental rules: 9. All paid prepayments are non-refundable. 10. 50% due at the time off booking. 11. Remaining balance due 30 day(s) before arrival. 12. Check-in: 4pm | Check-out: 10am

1. THE PARTIES. This Short-Term Rental Agreement (“Agreement”) is made by the Homeowner and the Guest/s and commences as soon as the Guest/s enter the property and ends on the final day at 10am, the latest. The rental property is located at: Calle Castanos 11, Santa Pola, 03130. 3. GUESTS. No more than 7 Guests (maximum 4 adults and 3 children) are allowed on the Property. The Guest/s understands that they are solely liable for any actions, liabilities, or damage caused by a guest on the Property. 4. TERM. The Guest/s is allowed to access and occupy the Property for the following term: 4pm and 11am of the booked dates. 5. PAYMENTS DUE.
