We’re Lizzy and Rocco, and we’ve been in the property rental game for over 30 years. That’s 25 years of transforming spaces and making people feel at home.

Over the past few years, we decided to take our passion for property and flair for style to the sunny shores of Santa Pola, Spain. Why Santa Pola? Firstly, it’s a stone’s throw from Alicante airport. Secondly, it has some of the most beautiful beaches you’ve ever seen and thirdly it’s still relatively unknown with Brits making it a true Spanish getaway.

We found two charming properties that had never been updated, and we saw them as blank canvases waiting for our touch. Our goal was to refurbish these homes while preserving their most stunning original features, and let us tell you, the results are simply breathtaking.
